A huge heaping of white rice, topped with a grilled burger patty, caramelized onion and mushroom brown gravy, two eggs cooked to your liking mine were OH, and chives. If you ever have the problem of feeling like you never get enough to eat, you wont have that problem with this. This is a huge breakfast and Ive never been able to finish it and I eat like a trucker. Ive been cooking in the restaurant business for over 30 years and I love this place. The inside aesthetic is steampunk, which I also love. The servers are attentive and friendly. The prices are very good for the large portions. ”

“ I work at Amador Hotel, about 6 miles down from Gibsons. Our guests ask me all the time where they can go for breakfast because there isnt much up here in Pioneer. I always tell people that I hear a lot of good things about Gibsons Roadhouse Cafe! One of my guests called me back and told me thank you for the recommendation because it was VERY good and the service was great. I havent ever eaten here yet, but since he called me and told me that I thought wow I really need to go eat there now haha! So my Fiance and I and our kids went and breakfast. I must say, I am SO glad I have been telling people to go here! Because the food is amazing and the service is great, and the atmosphere is so nice, they have a beautiful garden, relaxing outdoor patio and cookingbar station Im assuming is for when they have live music. They have had some kids toys and a big size jenga. Anyways their food is amazing and we loved the place! Definitely will be returning!! If your staying in the area, go here! ”

“ A nice little backwoods kind of place. We had a couple burgers that were really good. From some of the pictures I saw some really nice brisket and I told the waitress, this is what I want, and I pointed at the picture. Unfortunately she said that was only on the special concert nights. Apparently on the special concert nights they have a single dish available which I am told is usually excellent. Too bad we were not there at the right time. They have a really nice outdoor seating area which unfortunately was closed for renovation. Sorry to hear we missed again. But again the burgers were excellent ”
